Processing Time:
The time needed to prepare an order will vary as many of my Remedies will be custom created for you. My standard day to ship out orders is Wednesday. Each item will have specific details within the listing, so please be sure to double check the fine details for each listing.
Estimated Shipping Time:
North America, 7-10 business days. (At this time I can only ship within the United States)
I'll always do my best to meet the estimated shipping times, but I cannot guarantee them as I do not work for a shipping company and there have been frequent delays since 2020 Covid. Actual delivery time will depend on the shipping method chosen and your location.
**Special Note - I will always try to ship your item(s) sooner if possible**
Customs & Import Taxes:
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I am NOT responsible for delays due to customs.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
APOTHECARY & MAGICKAL ITEMS:
I DO NOT accept returns, exchanges or cancellations of product orders.
* The nature of my products does not allow for returns or exchanges, so be sure of your order before placing it.
* Custom Orders are exactly that, custom...they cannot be cancelled once placed.
* If you have any problems with your order, please contact me directly.
CONSULTATIONS:
* If you need to cancel and reschedule an appointment, this must be done at least 24 hours before the scheduled consultation time.
* Cancellations within the 24 hour pre-appointment time frame will NOT be refunded. No Exceptions.

You are responsible fore reading AND understanding all shop policies and product information BEFORE making a purchase. If you have any questions, please contact Kim and have your questions answered up front. I do NOT accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. If you have an issue with your order, please contact me directly and I will do my best to help solve the issue. All payments must be completed in full before I will create or ship an order, or before any consultations will take place. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
MISSING PACKAGES:
All packages are shipped via USPS. You will be provided the tracking number as soon as your package ships. Please know that once the package ships, I have no control over its whereabouts. If your package has been marked delivered by USPS but you did not receive it, please use the tracking number provided to you and contact the USPS customer service line to file a claim. This is the responsibility of the buyer and I unfortunately cannot do this for you.
It is also the responsibility of the buyer to provide an accurate and complete shipping address to me. I want your item(s) to reach you quickly and safely! Packages that have been marked received, according to USPS, cannot and will not be replaced by the seller. The buyer is responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
CUSTOM AND PERSONALIZED ORDERS:
Some items offer the option for a customization. You will be contacted to discuss every detail of this customization PRIOR to the item being made or shipped. Once you have signed off on the exact customization, and paid for the order, it will be fulfilled and shipped and an estimated shipping time will be provided to you. THERE ARE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS, EXCHANGES OR CANCELLATIONS.

HOW MANY OUNCES ARE IN EACH BAG OR BOTTLE?
TEAS-
Our teas are measured by volume, with an estimated number of servings per bag. (Single serving teas are indicated as I cup per teabag). I have included the estimated number of services for each looseleaf tea in the product descriptions. My goal is to provide you with a full bag of looseleaf tea, regardless what each ingredient weighs. The reason for this is that some herbs are heavier than others, some are smaller, some are fluffier but lighter & when measuring by weight, you may not get as much tea. Therefore, we measure by volume.
TINCTURES-
Tinctures, both blended remedies and single extractions, will be sold in weighed amounts. The bottles offered are in 1/2oz., 1oz., 2oz., and 4oz. quantities and each product will have the size listed.
BREWING RATIOS FOR LOOSELEAF TEAS:
My tea blends are measured by volume before shipping and the number of servings per bag is an approximation based on TRADITIONAL tea brewing methods. Traditionally, a single serving of tea, is about 6oz. This requires 1 to 1.5 teaspoons of loose tea. This amount will generally brew a nice robust cup of tea, but it is up to you to decide if you want to brew a stronger or weaker cup of tea. This can affect the number of servings per bag.
Again, this is just an approximation based on traditional brewing methods. My bags of tea will typically yield 10-15 cups of tea per bag. If you use a larger mug, or make a jar of tea, you will obviously deplete serving numbers much quicker. Additionally, shipping may compact looseleaf teas, which is why we can only estimate the number of servings.
PROCESSING TIME RECAP:
As of now, all orders are scheduled to be shipped out on Wednesday each week. If I am able to get your order out faster, I will certainly try. Please be aware though, that my stated processing and shipping time for in-stock items is between 7-10 business days and I typically make one trip to USPS, on Wednesdays. I appreciate your understanding and patience.
